Titans’ Young “making it rain” in Internet video
A video of Vince Young is a popular Internet stop for a lot of people, but not the Tennessee Titans.
Young was on stage at a concert by rap artist Nelly and began tossing money into the crowd, euphamistically known as “making it rain”, something Pacman Jones did at a strip club during his ill-fated time with the Titans.
