Massage parlor rubs cops wrong

WEBSTER Undercover vice cops allege there was something more sensual than massage going on inside a strip-mall parlor.
Houston vice officers went undercover inside Tender Massage, 1047 E. NASA Parkway, at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday, and one was offered something extra, Webster police detective Juan Quintana said.
We got a tip from a business owner in the plaza there about a large amount of subjects going in and out of the business, Quintana said.
One officer ordered a massage and made an agreement with a woman, 47, for sex, Quintana said. She was arrested on a prostitution charge, he said.
A second vice officer received a massage from another woman, 46, but police arrested her on allegations she didnt have a massage license.
