Houston Escorts: Escort accused of robbing student in wheelchair

Escort accused of robbing student in wheelchair
An escort who is accused of robbing a customer in a wheelchair of more than $500, threatening him with a gun and leaving him stranded at motel off the Gulf Freeway has been charged with aggravated robbery in Harris County.
Jamie Sue Vaughn, 28, is accused of stealing from Erik Wilhelm Garcia, 27, a student at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, who is unable to walk because of multiple sclerosis.
According to a criminal complaint, Garcia told Houston police he contacted an online escort service and made an agreement to meet an escort for $100 if she picked him up at the house he shared with his parents on El Dorado Boulevard in Houston.
Garcia told police that after he and his wheelchair were in the car, Vaughn told him she had a gun and demanded his wallet, according to court records. She then took his bank card and withdrew more than $500 from his bank account, Garcia alleges.
