Her office in Bacliff has never been more popular. Matranga is the star of what she calls “Days of our Constable, my favorite soap.” It’s madness she tells her nearly 800 Facebook fans.
The lawsuit filed by former deputy James Gist accuses Matranga of wildly inappropriate and crude acts, including forcing Gist’s head under her shirt and into her cleavage. It’s an act known as motorboating, made popular in the movie “Wedding Crashers”.
On another occasion, the suit claims Matranga mimicked a lap dance on Gist and joked about attending a “Chunky Chick Night” at a strip club where she would perform. She also allegedly offered sexual favors and forced her breasts on Gist while saying, “I couldn’t help it. They’re so big.”
